According to the Labor Standard Laws, GSTW does not hire child workers ( A worker over fifteen years old,but less than sixteen years old ) and workers less than eighteen years old to do the work that is dangerous or harmful in nature. And GSTW does not compel a worker by force, coercion, detention, or other illegal means to perform work.
In GSTW's human resource management system (recruitment, promotion, wage, punishment,discharge), there is no discrimination based on race, color, gender, ethnicity, national origin, disability, pregnancy, politic orientation, and labor union.
